New Excavators at Ditch Witch of Ohio, Western PA and Western NY
In geometry, 360° is a complete revolution. In the underground construction world, it's 260°. The revolution began with the Ditch Witch XT850, featuring a dual-pivot excavator system with a 260° total excavator sweep that lets you offset dig like never before. The Ditch Witch XT1600 continued the revolution, combining three exceptionally powerful compact machines in one.

The Ditch Witch XT850 features a unique, dual-pivot excavator system with a 260° total excavator sweep, for wider offset digging capability than most compact utility equipment. The 24.5-hp (18.3 kW) XT850 has independently controlled rubber tracks for zero-radius turning capability when you're in a tight spot. It's made for tight budgets, too, as it comes complete with a specially designed trailer and attachments.
Dual-pivot excavator system with a 260° excavator sweep provides unparalleled offset digging capability; operator can dig against a footing or wall and dig a number of trenches from one place.
Minimal ground pressure reduces restoration expense and turf damage.

The XT1600 excavator-tool carrier is an exceptionally efficient and cost-effective machine. Actually, it is three machines in one: a backhoe loader, mini excavator, and skid steer. With its 53-hp (39.5 kW) diesel engine and 30 net hp (22.3 kW) to the attachment, the XT1600 can run most full-size skid steer attachments and perform a tremendous range of tasks.
Innovative Equalizer track system with pivoting rollers keeps more track on the ground, increasing ride comfort, reducing operator fatigue, and improving productivity.
Stabilizers on the excavator end provide additional machine stability when digging in tough soils.
